ELECTRONIC PRECISION SHIFT – QUICK START
The Electronic Precision Shift stalk is behind the steering wheel on the right side.
Here’s how to shift gears:
Shift Into REVERSE: Press the brake pedal. Pull the stalk toward you, then up for “R.” When the “R” lights up red, release the stalk.
Shift Into DRIVE: Press the brake pedal. Pull the stalk toward you, then down for “D.” When the “D” lights up red, release the stalk.
Shift Into NEUTRAL: Press the brake pedal. Pull the stalk toward you and briefly hold. When the “N” lights up red, release the stalk.
Shift Into PARK: Press the brake pedal and come to a complete stop. Press the “P” button on the tip of the stalk. The “P” will light up red.
Note: If you shut off your vehicle when you are stopped and not in PARK, it will automatically shift to PARK.
Note: To exit the vehicle while in NEUTRAL (car wash mode), press the brake pedal and open the door. Shift to NEUTRAL, then release the brake pedal. Repeat steps if the indicator doesn’t continue to show “N.”
