SET UP THE MYCADILLAC MOBILE APP TO SIMPLIFY YOUR DRIVE

The myCadillac mobile app helps you make the most of your ownership experience by putting seamless connectivity to your vehicle right in the palm of your hand, from your compatible mobile phone. Here’s how to set up and use it.


Download and set up the app: 

  • Search for “myCadillac” in the App Store® or Google Play to download the app on your compatible phone.
  • Sign in to your existing account, create an account or explore as a guest. Be sure to use the same email address you gave the dealer, or the app won’t sync with your account. 
  • The first time you sign in or create an account with your new vehicle, a guided setup walk-through will launch. This lets you set up your vehicle and services. 

Using the app: 

  • The app’s Home screen displays popular controls and important information about your vehicle’s status.
  • Toggle between the three tabs in the center of the Home screen — My Vehicle, Controls and Help Center — to reach many of the app’s features and commands.
    • The tab you’re currently viewing will be highlighted and underlined. 
  • Tap the icons along the bottom of the screen to reach more features.
  • Tap the Account Menu in the top-right corner, which looks like your initials or avatar, to access your account.

My Vehicle:

  • The My Vehicle tab automatically displays when you return to the app’s Home screen. 
  • Popular remote command icons are shown at the top of this tab. 
  • You’ll see a snapshot of your vehicle status and EV Charge Status.
  • Time-sensitive information and alerts let you know if something needs attention.  

Controls: 

  • From the Controls tab, you can send remote commands to your vehicle (e.g., precondition, lock/unlock, sound/stop alarm, flashlights, etc.). 
  • You can also personalize some of your vehicle settings. 

Help Center: 

  • Access support options, schedule service, view your Owner’s Manual, see How Things Work videos and more.

Map: 

  • Tap this icon at the bottom of the screen to plan a route, see your EV range, find a charging station, locate your vehicle, get directions and more. 
  • Learn more about planning a route in your EV.

 

To change which vehicle you’re viewing, tap the My Account menu (a circle with your initials), then select a vehicle from the product carousel. This will let you choose a different vehicle associated with your account.
