HOW IT WORKS

Similar to your mobile phone or tablet, vehicle software update technology lets you download and install* specific software updates for certain vehicle components over a wireless connection. It’s a convenient way to ensure your vehicle has the latest available software, and it’s available on select model year 2017 and newer vehicles. You can download and install your updates using your vehicle’s available built-in data connection or a Wi-Fi®* connection. A paid data plan is not required.

OTA technology sends software updates directly to your vehicle

 

Updates automatically download to the center display

 

When installation is ready, simply follow the on-screen prompts
