CADILLAC SECURES 4 ENTRIES IN 24 HOURS OF LE MANS

The iconic roar of the Cadillac 5.5L DOHC V-8 engine will once again resonate around the hallowed track of the Circuit de la Sarthe. Following a thrilling podium finish in 2023 and a top 10 finish just last year, four Cadillac V-Series.R race cars will compete at the 24 Hours of Le Mans on June 14 and 15.

A solid strategic mindset and perseverance through early race issues earned Cadillac Racing a dramatic victory at Petit Le Mans on Sunday, October 13. Overcoming every obstacle, the pink No. 01 Cadillac V-Series.R, driven by Sébastien Bourdais, Renger van der Zande and Scott Dixon, placed first in the 27th Motul Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta®.

After pitting for fuel with 48 minutes left, Renger van der Zande prepared to bring home the win. With 15 minutes left in Turn 1, Renger van der Zande pulled ahead and held off the Porsche with a thrilling performance on the track, winning by 2.948 seconds.

The pole-winning No. 31 Whelen Cadillac V-Series.R, driven by Jack Aitken, Pipo Derani and Tom Blomqvist, placed fifth in the 11-car Grand Touring Prototype (GTP) field.
