ACCESS CLIMATE CONTROLS WITH VIRTUAL ICONS
In vehicles with an available Front Command Center (and Rear Command Center, if equipped), there are no physical control buttons to control the climate of the cabin. Occupants can only make climate adjustments using the virtual controls in the command center screen(s).
CLIMATE SCREEN
While driving, the Climate screen will be displayed whenever another screen is not in use. Additionally, if another screen is being used and there’s inactivity for 30 seconds, the display will switch back to climate controls.
To navigate to climate controls from another screen, tap one of the first two icons in the bottom navigation bar. The first icon, showing a seated person with wavy lines at chest level, will take you to the primary Climate screen, where you can:
- Adjust the temperature of the air from the vents.
- Control the blower level of the vents.
- Access other primary climate control functions (e.g., defrost, max, air recirculation).
- Press Auto to activate ClimateSense Automatic Climate Control (if equipped) and automatically maintain the temperature selected by the occupant.
The next icon (a rectangle with wavy lines over it) will take you to a Vent screen, where you can:
- Adjust the direction of the vents to your preference (windshield, face, feet).
Note: When the vehicle is in PARK, the screen shows controls for vehicle doors. To access the Climate screen when the vehicle is parked, tap the Climate icons (the first two shown) at the bottom of the screen.
Note: In vehicles equipped with ClimateSense Automatic Climate Control, making individual feature adjustments through the Front Command Center (or rear screen, if equipped) will override ClimateSense settings. To reselect ClimateSense, press Auto in the primary Climate screen.
